Registering your domain name
When you sign-up for our WebStore package, we will register your domain name for you.
New domain names are $45 for the first two years and only $10 for each additional year.
Search for available domain names.

Customize your template
During the sign-up process you can customize the general look of your template.
This includes your site colors, slogan, and menu links.
More detailed customizing, such as submitting your company images and text, will occur within
our Member's Area. You will access this area after completing the sign-up process.

We build it
We build your site template for free when you order our WebStore. After we receive your custom template selections and company images, we will create the web site for you.
This includes image creation, HTML coding, and optimizing your site to get the best results with Search Engines.
Once this is complete, (approximatetly 2-3 days; we create it while your domain name is processed)
you can upload your company text directly to your site using iManager.

Adding content to your non-product pages
Adding content to your non-product pages pages is handled using iManager. You can follow the
details outlined in Maintaing your site with iManager within
our hosting section.

Adding your product and customizing the shopping cart
You can add product images, pricing, description and customize your shopping cart functions using the Miva Storefront.

Transferring an existing site
If you have an existing site and would like to make it e-commerce capable, you can transfer your site to
us and plug-in the Miva Storefront. When
you go through the Sign-up process, simply check the "Transferring
an existing site" when prompted.

Adding Miva Storefront to your transferred site
For a one-time setup fee of $199 (includes first month hosting), iSeattle will incorporate the Miva Storefront system to your site.
This includes adding a 'Product' link to access your product listings and incorporating a global header
so the Storefront matches your current web site look and feel. Once your domain name has been transferred and
the initial setup is complete (approx. 2-3 days), you can begin uploading your product
information and shopping cart functions.

Receiving orders from your WebStore
Orders placed through your WebStore are delieverd to the email account of your choice. Private
information, such as credit card numbers, are stored on our servers for later retrieval, by you,
using your username and password.

Receiving payment after an order is made
Our WebStore handles the online ordering process, securely. Processing the payment would be handled on your side.
If your company already accepts credit cards, you can process the card number at your location
like you would a phone order. This tends to be the most economical way. If you currently don't
accept credit cards but would like to, check with your bank to set up a merchant account.
If you want to have credit card orders
processed in real time, our WebStore works with several third party vendors, such
as Authorize.net and Cybercash.
Each has differnet pricing and require that you open an account. This tends to be the most expensive form of credit
card processing.
We also work with PaybyCheck,
a simple way to have customers pay directly from their checking account. Customers can also print
their order and mail it in with their payment.

Updating your content
You can update your non-product content using the iManager utility.
Updating your product information and e-commerce functionality is handled using the Miva Storefront.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost for iSeattle to build my E-Commerce WebStore?
The one-time setup fee is $249. This also includes your first month hosting. Each following
month hosting is $59. This does not include registering your new domain name ($45 for 2 years)
Can I convert my existing web site to an E-Commerce WebStore?
If you have an existing site and want to make it E-Commerce capable
with our Miva Storefront, the cost is $199 to setup (includes first month hosting). We use your existing site,
add a 'Product' link that points to your Storefront, and add a global header that makes the E-Commerce portion
of your store look the same as your current site. This does not include your domain name transfer which is
a one-time fee of $25.
How many pages come with my new site? (template users)
Each new web site template includes 4 custom pages, a product link to access your product listings,
and an online request form. The request form can be used for general comments or to request a catalog
if you offer one. The choice is yours!
Can I add new pages to my site?
Absolutely. Each site includes up to 20 MB of hosting space which is plenty of room to
add new pages. Any new pages would need to be created on your end but we provide instruction
on how to do this in our Members Area.
If I already have a web site, can I transfer it to iSeattle?
Yes. During the sign up process you will fill out a transfer request form and we'll do the rest.
It usually takes 2-3 days for a transfer to complete. The cost to transfer a domain name is $25.
